DS (IT) User Support Intern

You can look forward to these exciting tasks
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems or related field
- Coursework or projects in service support, for Microsoft Azure, Windows client support, Windows server support or related
- Understanding of core concepts related to personal computing and basic computer networking
- Strong analytical thinking, communication and a learning mindset
