Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Assistant to join our customer's team in St. Helens, Oregon. This position will assist with routine maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate has basic mechanical skills, enjoys hands-on work, and is willing to learn.

• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Perform greasing and lubrication of equipment and components.
• Assist with bearing maintenance and replacement as needed.
• Use basic hand tools to support maintenance tasks.
• Help troubleshoot mechanical issues and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist maintenance personnel with projects and preventative maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic mechanical skills preferred.
• Knowledge of bearings, greasing, and lubrication is a plus.
• Previous maintenance, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as required.

$23.00 per hour
