Job Purpose
The Registered Nurse at KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP is responsible for providing high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with established standards and practices. The role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional committed to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a caring and empathetic environment.
- Stay updated with current nursing practices and healthcare advancements through ongoing professional development.
- Required
Education:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. - Required Experience: Experience in patient care management and coordination. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions.
