What You’ll Do

As a Painter, you will work alongside a skilled team to deliver high‑quality interior and exterior painting services throughout the Greater Columbia area. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining job site standards.

You’ll contribute to creating outstanding results that leave customers genuinely impressed.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching
  • Perform interior and exterior painting using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
  • Maintain and care for painting equipment to ensure top performance
  • Ensure job sites and company vehicles remain clean and professional
  • Follow company procedures and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Learn advanced skills and techniques from experienced professionals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every project
What We’re Looking For
  • 5 years previous painting, drywall, and small/medium reparations experience preferred
  • Willingness to complete online and on‑site training programs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Pride in workmanship and strong attention to detail
  • Team‑oriented mindset
  • Organized and dependable
  • Enjoys providing excellent customer service
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Ability to lift and move ladders and equipment
  • English and/or Spanish language skills
Compensation & Benefits
