Join our dynamic team as a Project Administrator in Saint John, NB! This role ensures smooth day to day operations by coordinating documentation, supporting project managers, and maintaining accurate project records. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team focused environment.
As a Project Administrator, you will:
Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasksPrepare, maintain, and track project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports)Assist with project setup and close-out, ensuring accurate and complete recordsCoordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clientsTrack and update budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and cost documentsMaintain project files, logs, and reporting toolsProvide general administrative support to ensure efficient project executionDay to day scheduling coordination with field operationRequirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office and project-related systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in construction or project administration is an assetWhy Join Us?
