As the right-hand operational support for the founder, you will play a crucial role in coordinating projects and maintaining accurate records. Your responsibilities will include updating the CRM, tracking project statuses, and compiling hours worked for client profitability analysis. You'll also prepare dashboards and document internal procedures to optimize the agency's workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain client database in CRM

• Document ongoing projects with deadlines and statuses

• Analyze hours worked for client profitability

• Prepare performance tracking dashboards

• Write and update internal procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

• Student in Business Administration or equivalent

• Proficient with digital tools like Airtable, Click Up

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Autonomous, curious, able to manage multiple files

• Good written communication in French;
English is a plus
