Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to office staff daily
• Manage client intake processes and appointments effectively
• Answer phones and manage all correspondence promptly
• Prepare and maintain organized documents and filing systems
• Process invoices and manage accounts in Quick Books
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
• Quick Books experience preferred for financial tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills needed
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
