Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Saint John, NB
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
Provide administrative support services to staff. Serve as the frontline contact for client intake, collect dues, process payments, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Manage client intake processes and appointments
- Answer phones and manage correspondence
- Prepare and maintain documents and filing systems
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable in Quick Books
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
- Order office supplies and support general office operations
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Quick Books experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
