Site Administrator at McIlvenna Bay

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan is hiring an MBO Site Administrator for the McIlvenna Bay site, working full-time on a 7/7 rotation. This role is integral to supporting various operational tasks through effective administrative management.

In this position, you will perform crucial clerical functions that help maintain site operations. Responsibilities include managing timekeeping processes, document management, and preparing essential production reports. Your administrative support will directly contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver administrative support to the Mine, Mill, and Surface teams

• Manage timesheet entry and oversee payroll reconciliation

• Create purchase requisitions and validate invoices

• Prepare and distribute production and monthly reports

• Maintain up-to-date employee and contractor records

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of clerical/administration experience in remote locations

• Valid driver’s license required

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of mining operations terminology is a plus
