Senior Product Manager, Forma Data Management
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Forma Data Management (Autodesk Docs) product management team. This senior role will report to a Senior Group Product Manager.

Responsibilities- Vision and Strategy:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Forma Data Management, focusing on design data integrations and workflows. Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform the product roadmap. - Stakeholder Management:
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders—customers, partners, and internal teams—to gather insights and align priorities. Ensure the customer’s voice is consistently integrated into product development. - Product
Roadmap:
Create, maintain, and communicate a detailed, prioritized product roadmap that supports the broader company strategy, balancing short‑term objectives with long‑term goals. - Execution:
Collaborate closely with engineering, experience design, and other stakeholders to guide the end‑to‑end development process, ensuring timely and high‑quality releases by removing obstacles and making critical decisions. - Metrics and Analysis:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Use data‑driven decision‑making to optimize product performance. - Market Research:
Conduct competitive analysis and research to understand the competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities. Remain attuned to customer feedback, market trends, and new technologies. - Communication:
Serve as the product spokesperson internally and externally. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders regarding product progress, metrics, and strategic direction. - Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Strategic Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the product strategy to address critical business challenges and deliver outstanding customer experiences. - Initiative Translation:

Build strong business cases for new product initiatives, leveraging stakeholder insights and market analysis.

Lead go‑to‑market activities with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption and market penetration. - Feature Enablement:

- Edge Case Understanding:
