Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the business development process from proposal to closure

• Conduct negotiations ensuring compliance with expectations

• Establish funding plans and scope for deals

• Coordinate due diligence and valuation methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• At least 12 years of experience in business development

• Expertise in downstream industry is a plus

• Preferred background in project financing

• Certifications such as PMP, CMA, or CFA valued
