About the Role:

You are a highly motivated, bright professional with experience in sourcing opportunities, whether through direct M&A or sales. The Associate Business Development is a self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a team. As Med Spa Partners grows and acquires Medical Spas across North America, this role will be key in sourcing platform acquisitions.

Reports To: Head of Business Development

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in healthcare private equity or investment banking is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking to deliver high performance

Responsibilities:

  • Deal Sourcing:
    Identify potential acquisition opportunities and support due diligence
  • Clinic Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain relationships with prospective clinics
  • Funnel Management:
    Manage the sales funnel with the Head of Business Development
  • Industry Networking:
    Develop key industry relationships to support sourcing efforts
  • Offer Presentations:
    Assist in preparing and presenting term sheets

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
