About the Role:
You are a highly motivated, bright professional with experience in sourcing opportunities, whether through direct M&A or sales. The Associate Business Development is a self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a team. As Med Spa Partners grows and acquires Medical Spas across North America, this role will be key in sourcing platform acquisitions.
Reports To: Head of Business Development
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience in sales or business development
- Experience in healthcare private equity or investment banking is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Creative thinking to deliver high performance
Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing:
Identify potential acquisition opportunities and support due diligence - Clinic Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clinics - Funnel Management:
Manage the sales funnel with the Head of Business Development - Industry Networking:
Develop key industry relationships to support sourcing efforts - Offer Presentations:
Assist in preparing and presenting term sheets
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
