• Lead the overall success of the branch by maintaining and optimizing branch profitability.
• Grow the business by developing new opportunities and supporting client acquisition through multiple channels.

• Implement people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent.
• Drive accountability and coach team members to achieve operational, developmental, and customer‑experience expectations.

• Ensure high employee engagement and develop individual development plans.
• Maintain all activities in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
• Guard the confidentiality of client information and act in accordance with policies on customer confidentiality.
• Act as a Fairstone ambassador in local communities, projecting a positive company image.

• College diploma preferred (BS/BA with coursework in Business).
• Three to five years of directly related work experience in the finance industry, sales (consumer finance preferred), or three to five years of previous management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑relationship‑building skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and customers at all levels.
• Effective verbal, written, and listening skills.
• A self‑starter who is proactive and displays initiative.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
