Make an impact with our Consumer Insolvency team as an Estate Manager. Responsibilities
Assist with planning and delivery of consumer insolvency servicesAssist with administering formal insolvency appointments including bankruptcies and proposalsDevelop relationships with current and potential referral sources including credit counsellors, debt counsellors, lawyers, accountants, etc.Prepare and review relevant BIA documentationHelp identify innovative ways to deliver added value to debtors; ensure debtor needs are metMaintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the debtorContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesMaintain flexibility to travel periodically, as necessarySkills and Experience
Completion of the Insolvency Administration course and/or BIA Insolvency Counselor course, or willingness to work toward same depending on experienceInsolvency experience; professional services experience outside of insolvency will also be consideredAbility to Speak French and English (written and oral) is considered as a strong asset
