Manager of Finance Technology Solutions

Lead finance technology transformation at Cooke! As the Manager of Finance Technology, you will strategically develop IT initiatives to improve Accounting and Finance operations.

This position encompasses the management of a 12-month technology roadmap focused on enhancing overall finance efficiency. By collaborating with the Finance leadership team, you will ensure that tech developments directly respond to business needs and support critical finance processes. You will also mentor your team and promote continuous improvement within Cooke's finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery team for Finance Technology projects

• Own and enhance the finance capability roadmap

• Actively engage with stakeholders to surface their tech needs

• Validate project scopes and ensure alignment with finance goals

• Foster high performance and development within your team

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in relevant IT/business roles, with 2-3 years in leadership

• Experience delivering technology in finance/accounting

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

• Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
