Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality

• Develop and implement assessments and care plans with nursing staff

• Recruit and oversee nursing team members’ performance

• Handle care issues and resident family communications

• Facilitate staff development and ongoing education

Requirements:

• 2+ years in supervisory or management roles in geriatrics

• Valid nursing license or eligibility to register in Manitoba

• Expertise in risk management and person-centered care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective management of background checks
