Steele Chevrolet Saint John is hiring a Used Car Sales Manager to lead performance and drive results.

Join the team at one of the region’s busiest dealerships and step into a leadership role where you can make an impact every day. As a Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the used vehicle department from leading the sales team to managing inventory and improving profitability. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership or continue building their management experience.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the used car sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
  • Build a positive, customer-focused environment that encourages repeat business
  • Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the service and finance departments to enhance customer experience
  • Analyze sales performance, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies that increase market share and department success
