Lead Team Manager for Children’s Social Work Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a team of 6 social workers

• Implement training and development for team members

• Report progress and challenges to Group Manager

• Work closely with other Team Managers for service improvement

• Ensure service compliance and best practices

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England required

• Solid experience in child welfare and family services

• Management and leadership experience essential

• Driving license and access to car necessary

• Legal right to work in the UK required
