Project Manager for Sales Accelerator

Lead projects at the Axis Sales Accelerator with UNB in Saint John. This full-time role focuses on financial compliance, customer success, and startup support.

As a Project Manager, you will report to the Director of the Axis Sales Accelerator. You will be instrumental in managing funding for early-stage startups, program operations, and customer relationships. Your work will help cultivate an environment for entrepreneurial growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic reviews of financial models

• Support startups in securing funding

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Oversee personal reimbursement claims

• Maintain project general ledger integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration

• 1-3 years experience in finance and accounting

• Experience in a high-growth business environment

• Not-for-profit experience is a plus

• Strong relationship-building skills
