Steele Chevrolet Saint John is hiring a Used Car Sales Manager to lead performance and drive results.

As a Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the used vehicle department from leading the sales team to managing inventory and improving profitability. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership or continue building their management experience.

What You Will Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and inspire the used car sales team to achieve sales goals
Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
Build a positive, customer-focused environment that encourages repeat business
Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability
Collaborate with the service and finance departments to enhance customer experience
Analyze sales performance, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities
Develop and implement strategies that increase market share and department success
