Position: Account Manager (Sold Print Supplies)

Overview:

As a Xerox Digital Sales (XDS) Sold Supplies Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our billable supplies business by delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and execute effective business strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client retention. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and activity targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will align with industry best practices and the strategies employed by leading technology and print supply companies.

What you'll do:

  • Achieve Sales Targets:
    Consistently meet and exceed sales revenue and activity targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the designated customer base.
  • Customer Growth:
    Proactively seek out and deliver growth opportunities within your assigned customer portfolio, expanding our market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing Team:
    Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure seamless engagement and delivery of sold supplies, optimizing the supply chain, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Build Key Relationships:
    Develop strong relationships with customer management, sales account managers, and cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and goals.
  • Supplies Strategy Execution:
    Understand and execute the company's supplies strategy, ensuring that targets related to supplies sales are met and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • CRM Accuracy:
    Maintain 100% accuracy of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by updating all sales-related activities in real-time, ensuring data integrity.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Pursue continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide added value to customers and the organization.
  • Machine Knowledge:
    Gain a deep understanding of the current sold supplies machines in the field (MIF) to ensure that contracts (Bids) are in place for the supply of consumables. Ensure supplies penetration levels align with the potential of the machines in the field.
  • Identify Aftermarket Opportunities:
    Identify aftermarket opportunities and positions for knock-out, optimizing revenue potential.
