Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Saint John, NB location.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, where you’ll leverage your computer skills and attention to detail in order entry, paperwork completion, and customer follow-up. You’ll help our customers succeed while maintaining safe and efficient work practices.

What you bring to the team:

Must possess intermediate computer skills

Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry

Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all paperwork

Adhere to safe and efficient work practices

Maintain diligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs

Exhibit a strong passion for helping customers succeed in their businesses

HVAC product knowledge is not a required but considered and asset

Previous experience in customer service and/or counter sales

Willingness to participate in both technical and professional training

Flexibility to assist warehouse staff periodically is considered an asset

Must maintain an exceptionally positive and enthusiastic attitude
