We offer a 1st Year Bonus of $24,000, and in 2025, our 12,000 agents earned an average of $124,000. Your salary will be based on performance and includes benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension.
- Support your portfolio of clients to uphold their financial plans
- Engage with the local community to educate individuals about our financial products and services
- Acquire knowledge of effective prospecting techniques
- Broaden your professional network using established name-gathering methods
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs
- Maintain active Life and Health Licenses in North Carolina
- Obtain additional licenses like SIE, S6 or S7, & S63 to expand your business opportunities
- Collaborate with businesses, families, and individuals
- Seeking individuals who exhibit resilience in facing challenges
- Looking for candidates who are receptive to feedback and eager to learn
- Wanting individuals with a strong focus on achieving goals
