In this role, you'll aim to develop profitable banking relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored services. By leveraging your strong business development skills and collaborating with internal partners, you will ensure high-quality onboarding and ongoing support of your clients’ financial requirements. Your strategic sales execution will drive growth in our commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage client relationships effectively
• Conduct sales calls to prospects and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
• Analyze financial needs and provide integrated solutions
• Work with the credit team on application processes
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial banking
• Strong sales aptitude and networking skills
• Excellent understanding of the Bank's commercial products
• Ability to adapt to client needs and market changes
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
