Senior Account Manager at ComPsych

Elevate customer experience as a Senior Account Manager with Com Psych. Manage complex accounts, ensuring satisfaction and growth through strategic relationship building and upselling.

In this role, you will proactively oversee a portfolio of major managed care and Behavioral Health customers. Your strategic account management skills will contribute to high customer satisfaction ratings and business retention. You will leverage your understanding of clients’ needs to provide solutions tailored to their concerns, while also identifying upsell opportunities and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer satisfaction and profitability for top accounts

• Identify and pursue additional service line sales opportunities

• Understand human capital and benefits needs of clients

• Conduct project management and training for new accounts

• Build relationships with wholesale partners for product enhancement

Requirements:

• BS/BA;
Master’s degree preferred

• Experience managing complex accounts in healthcare

• Proven upselling success to existing clients

• Strong critical thinking and project management skills

• Bilingual in English and French
