We're looking for a  Sales Manager  who is ready to lead from the front, inspire a high‑performing team, and help continue the growth of one of New Brunswick's most respected automotive dealerships.

What You'll Do

Coach, motivate, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership goals

Create an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Fundy Honda brand

Assist with deal structuring, financing opportunities, and sales strategy

Drive performance through accountability, development, and consistent follow‑up

Work closely with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Lead by example, fostering a culture built on trust, professionalism, and customer care

What You Bring

Experience in automotive sales, F&I, or a leadership role is considered a strong asset

A passion for developing people and creating team success

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

The ability to balance customer satisfaction with business results

A growth mindset and desire to continuously improve
