Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master all aspects of branch operations

• Serve as the primary customer service representative

• Develop sales and marketing strategies

• Engage with the community to establish partnerships

• Mentor team members and assist in branch training

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

• 6 months experience in sales or leadership roles

• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license

• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
