We are recruiting for a Sales Associate to join a premium fashion brand at their Ashford outlet location.

This role suits someone who is passionate about styling, customer interaction and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service while driving individual and team sales targets.

• Delivering outstanding, personalised customer service

• Driving individual sales targets and supporting store KPIs

• Building long-term client relationships and capturing CRM data

• Demonstrating strong product knowledge and styling expertise

• Maintaining visual standards and replenishment on the shop floor

• Supporting stock processing and operational tasks

• Contributing to a positive, energetic team culture

• Acting as a brand ambassador at all times

• Experience in premium or luxury retail preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercially aware and target-driven

• Confident working in a high-footfall outlet environment

• Passionate about fashion and styling
