Join the team at Altimate Global Solution as a Floor Installer in Saint John, NB. This full-time position requires skills in installing carpets, hardwood, and other floor coverings.
In this role, you will leverage your 7 months to less than 1 year of experience to inspect, measure, and install different types of flooring. Reading blueprints and planning installations are essential skills. A secondary school education is necessary to qualify.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and mark surfaces for covering installation
• Measure, cut, and install flooring materials
• Prepare and repair existing floor surfaces
• Plan installation schedules and estimate costs
• Conduct direct installations and remove old coverings
Requirements:
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Authorized work status in Canada
• Excellent measuring and cutting skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
