Position: Window Installer with Customer Service Skills
Seeking a skilled Window Installer with strong customer service skills to join a dedicated team in Saint John, NB. This is a full-time role aimed at enhancing your expertise in installation while contributing to sustainability efforts.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years' experience and be comfortable working  will play a key role in installing windows and siding, training new staff, and maintaining high standards of workmanship in various locations. Ensure safety requirements are met by arriving with steel-toed safety boots and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers professionally during installations

• Design and implement window layout plans

• Accurately measure and prepare installation spaces

• Conduct loading and unloading of materials efficiently

• Supervise and mentor new installers on site

Requirements:

• Five or more years in the installation field

• High school diploma needed for qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license for transport

• Strong physical and manual dexterity skills

• Clear criminal and driving record checks expected
