In this role, you will play a vital part in managing mechanic operations while enhancing Rent Ready performance alongside the Branch Manager. Expect to engage with technicians on the shop floor while ensuring organized documentation and high-quality repairs. Your leadership will assist in achieving production goals and fostering an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support mechanics with technical challenges

• Coordinate schedules and resources effectively

• Ensure accurate repair quotations and documentation

• Oversee safety and cleanliness in the work environment

• Collaborate with multiple departments for timely repairs

Requirements:

• Licensed Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Automotive Technician

• Previous supervisory experience in a mechanic shop

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficiency with CAT diagnostic equipment preferred

• Regular heavy lifting capacity required
