Looking for an Experienced Glazier in Saint John, NB to undertake various glass installation tasks. The position is full-time, seasonal, with competitive pay and flexible hours.
Ideal candidates should possess at least 1-2 years of glazing experience and a trades certificate. This role will involve physically measuring, cutting, and installing glass in residential settings, as well as repairing glass structures as needed. Commitment to quality workmanship is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess types of glass and materials for each job
• Accurately measure, cut, and mark glass
• Position panes securely within their frames
• Install glass products and relevant hardware
• Dismantle and set up scaffolding as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of glazing experience
• Certification or diploma in relevant trades
• Flexibility with work hours, including evenings
• On-site work only; remote options unavailable
• Experience with residential buildings preferred
