Building Systems Operator

Become a vital part of Horizon Health Network as a Building Systems Operator in Saint John, New Brunswick. You will monitor complex building systems in a permanent part-time role.

In this position, your expertise will be essential in managing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The Building Systems Operator must hold a valid 4th class power engineer’s license and a driver's license. You will also perform inspections, adjust equipment settings, and respond to automated alarms, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and adjust computerized building systems

• Inspect physical building systems regularly

• Respond to automated alarms and emergencies

• Maintain safe and clean work area at all times

• Generate work orders for necessary repairs

Requirements:

• Valid 4th class power engineer’s license required
