As a Diesel Mechanic - Customer Equipment Solutions, you will ensure the efficient operation of various customer equipment through expert repairs and maintenance. This role allows you to refine your skills and move towards leadership, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute safe and thorough maintenance of equipment
• Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance
• Upsell equipment features to customers
• Travel to customer locations for necessary repairs
• Manage equipment pick-up and delivery logistics
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant equipment maintenance experience
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
• Must have personal tools for job performance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
