Location: Town of Rothesay
We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team asFull-Time Summer Painters for the upcoming painting season. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for a hands‑on leadership opportunity, strong earning potential, and valuable business experience.
Top performers will have the opportunity to take on crew leadership responsibilities and performance-based bonuses.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming
- Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and other professional tools
- Working safely on ladders and around residential job sites
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
- Communicating with homeowners in a respectful and professional manner
- Leading small crews on job sites (for experienced candidates)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work full‑time during the summer (May–August preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work on ladders and at heights
- Leadership mindset and willingness to learn
- Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses
- Leadership and project management experience
- Professional training in residential painting
- Opportunity to lead a crew and develop management skills
- Valuable experience for future careers in business, trades, or entrepreneurship
- $18–$25/hour depending on experience and performance
- Performance bonuses available for high‑performing crew members
