Proposal Services Manager for IT Solutions

You will oversee the entire proposal process from RFP evaluation through to submission, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end proposal writing and management process

• Write complex proposals independently with minimal assistance

• Manage and update the proposal Content Warehouse in Share Point

• Support the executive team in contract reviews and negotiations

• Facilitate training and development for proposal team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field

• 5+ years managing complex proposal responses

• 2+ years leading proposal teams

• Experience with IT services or technology providers

• Advanced skills in MS Word and Power Point
