Job Summary

St Joseph Animal Hospital, a family‑owned small animal veterinary practice located 15 minutes from the University of Illinois Veterinary Teaching Hospital, has been serving the community for over 40 years. We are looking for a veterinarian to develop rapport with pet owners, facilitate pet care, and help provide affordable, high‑quality care for companion animals.

• Develop rapport with pet owners and facilitate pet care.

• Perform general veterinary services, with a preference for applicants interested in general surgery.
• Collaborate with senior veterinary staff for mentorship and use of digital radiology and in‑house laboratory services.
• Maintain a flexible schedule; no after‑hours emergency duty required.

• Valid veterinarian license.
• Excellent communication skills and caring attitude.
