- Acquire Right-of-Way rights for projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
- Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
- Prepare real estate documents
- Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
- Can prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills
- Is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced administrative setting

- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate and exchange information in person, via phone and email. High repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements due to computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Occasionally required to move within the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other staff.
The employee is occasionally required to travel to government buildings which involves driving time, sometimes for long durations.
