• Creative Landscaping & Design is an industry-leading, professional outdoor landscaping firm specializing in custom landscape design, installation, and ongoing landscape services.
• We have been creating and maintaining inspiring and sophisticated outdoor spaces for 50years throughout Southwest Michigan.
• We are located near Lake Michigan in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan.

• Design software experience (AutoCAD, LandFX, Sketch Up,etc.).
• Knowledgeable in plants, hardscape design, and installation.
• Enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and has strong organizational ability.
• Great positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a broader team of professionals.
• Ability to work with other team members in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.

• Lead the design of landscape projects from initial site consultation through final walk‑through, creating the vision and building the client relationship.
• Evaluate site conditions
  -including slope, soil, and water flow - to create comprehensive designs.
• Collaborate with the broader design team on select projects, refining initial concepts and developing them through construction drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and municipalities as necessary during the design phase to refine plans and resolve technical details.
