Corewell Health -  - Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse, consistent with policies and procedures of the unit.;
Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents/patients including dressing, bathing, transporting and feeding.;
Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines.;
Maintains patients environment/work area/equipment and communicates any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department/unit personnel.;
Complete and maintain required number of CNA educational hours.
