mybrio is seeking a Home Care Participant Care Assistant (CNA) based in St. Joseph, MI to provide essential in-home care to PACE participants. You will work closely with the Home Care Supervisor to deliver compassionate, person-centered support for daily living activities and comfort.
This position requires 24 hours per week with weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM) and a negotiable Wednesday weekday shift, enabling meaningful, community-based care in Berrien County.
