We’re partnering with a growing precision manufacturing company that produces high-quality parts for industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, and agriculture

They’re looking for a Swiss CNC Machinist II to join their weekend shift
. This role is specifically for someone with Swiss‑style CNC machining experience who is comfortable running precision parts, reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and working with tight tolerances.

• Operate Swiss‑style CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Run and monitor machines during production to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on machine, setup, or process issues.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to inspect parts.
• Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and GD&T requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
• Work closely with the team to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Hands‑on experience operating Swiss‑style CNC machines highly preferred
• Experience with Star Swiss machines is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and GD&T.
• Working knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn, take coaching, and work as part of a team.
