CNC Machinist
St. Joseph, MI | $25–$30/hour + shift premiums

We are hiring a CNC Machinist for a growing precision manufacturing company.

Multiple shifts are available. Shift schedules and applicable premiums will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Monitor quality and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• 2+ years of CNC experience
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Team-oriented and willing to learn

Preferred: Experience with Gantry, Swiss, or Mill/Turn lathes. Murata and/or Star machinery experience is a plus.
