This is up to a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Media Specialist based in St. Joseph, MI. The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives (Newsletter, Web pages), executing social media strategies, analyzing web performance metrics, and creating and curating high-quality digital content. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and achieve business goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
• Experience with Digital Marketing and Digital Media strategies
• Knowledge of Web Analytics for tracking and optimizing campaign performance
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or media management (preferred)
• 3+ Years experience in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
