Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a PRNRegistered Nurse to join our team!

You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
  • Gathering comprehensive patient medical histories and performing targeted physical assessments to optimize clinical outcomes.
  • Managing comprehensive preoperative care, including administering medications and completing clinical procedures required for surgery
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure a safe, coordinated, and comfortable patient experience.
  • Developing and delivering individualized patient and family education plans to ensure clinical compliance, alleviate anxiety, and improve procedural understanding.
  • Educating patients on post-operative care plans and confirming understanding prior to discharge.
  • Assessing patient status and ensuring clinical safety during recovery from anesthesia and sedation.
  • Assessing patient status by tracking vital signs and clinical changes; proactively communicating adverse treatment reactions, drug responses, and significant incidents to physicians.

You Have:
  • A current, valid Michigan RN license
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • BLS certification
  • Experience in outpatient setting preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
