1st Shift Production Worker – Metal Manufacturing

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Bander workers for a metal manufacturing company in Saint Joseph, MN. In this role, you'll help prepare finished metal products for storage and shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. What You’ll Do as a Bander:

• Band and package metal panels, trim, and related products according to company specifications
• Review production paperwork and verify customer order accuracy
• Inspect finished products for damage, defects, and quality concerns
• Apply labels, tags, and shipping documentation to outgoing orders
• Operate banding equipment and packaging tools safely and efficiently
• Stage customer orders and assist with loading preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements

What You Need to Bring to the Bander Role:

• Must have at least 6 months experience working in a manufacturing setting within the last 2 years
• Must be able to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to accurately count, measure, and organize materials
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
