Experience team-based Family Medicine at Centra Care – St. Joe Clinic

As a provider, you’ll care for patients of all ages—managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive health needs. You’ll have access to on-site lab and imaging services allowing you to provide comprehensive care. • Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – Centra Care – St. Joseph

• Day shifts | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

  • Schedule flexibility based on candidate interest

• Salary range: $ - $124,904 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Current AHA BLS certification

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Prior experience in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, or Urgent Care

• Interest in team-based primary care and continuity-focused practice
