Position Overview
Trobec's Bus Service is hiring full‑time drivers to operate our motor coaches and school buses. We offer a supportive environment with a heated bus garage, driver lounge, and competitive wages.
Key Responsibilities- Drive motor coaches across the state on scheduled routes.
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
- Follow the shift schedule (Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off).
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- Commercial driving experience required; prior bus experience is preferred.
- Honest, reliable, and hard‑working attitude.
- Competitive wages: $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus per diem and travel expenses.
- Up to $2,500 sign‑on bonus based on experience and availability.
- Uniforms, 401(k) with match, health and dental insurance.
- Paid time off and schedule flexibility.
- Only full‑time employees eligible for benefits.
