Administrative Associate

Altec Industries has an immediate opening for an Administrative Associate located in our Unit Manufacturing building in St. Joseph, Missouri.

• Reception/Front Desk Duties.
• Production, Materials, and HR Support.
• Type and process information and reports.
• Copying, Faxing, and Printing.
• Communication with co-workers.
• Gather information for weekly charts.
• Data Entry.
• Communicate with customers – internal and external.
• Answer phone and make calls.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to produce quality documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and reassess priorities as necessary.
