Company Description Angels' Arms is a St. Louis–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides stable, loving homes and essential resources for foster families, with a focus on keeping sibling groups together until a permanent home is found. Over the past nineteen years, Angels' Arms has served more than 540 foster children, including over 130 sibling groups. The organization operates multiple homes across St.
Louis City and County, with locations in South County, Ballwin, Ferguson, Florissant, and three homes in O’Fallon, Missouri. Angels' Arms does not receive state or federal funding and relies on private donations and fundraising events to support the families living in its homes. Team members contribute directly to the quality of life and support provided to foster children and caregivers in the Greater St.

Compensation: $20-$22/hour; commensurate with skills and experience

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Office Administrator provides essential assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the Angel’s Arms office, including clerical support, scheduling, donor communication, record-keeping, and reception.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support for agency staff and Board of Directors, including scheduling of group meetings, maintaining calendars, and creating related reports
- Help manage donor records and reconcile donations weekly
- Support program with tenant and family services
- Support property maintenance with vendor and contractor scheduling
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail and shipments
- Assist with intake of in‑kind donations
- Attend occasional Angel’s Arms events, which may take place in the evening or on weekends
- Other duties may be assigned as required to meet business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office support role preferred
- Experience with One Cause, Bloomerang, or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Must have exceptional attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, ability to multi‑task and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, One Drive and Google products
